Refunds / Returns
Cindini does not offer refunds or returns for any purchases.

Exchanges
Cindini does allow exchanges for all regular-priced purchases within 28 days from the date of purchase.

Cindini does not allow exchanges for customized products, accessories or products purchased at discounted prices.

To start an exchange, please email us at [email protected]. You will then need to arrange and pay for the products to be shipped back to Cindini (531 Upper Cross Street, #03-47 Hong Lim Complex, Singapore 050531), and the replacement product will be shipped to you, free-of-charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Cindini original packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
